Direct submissions
The public site currently has no contact form, newsletter signup, account registration, or checkout. Capable Nomad therefore does not currently collect names, email addresses, messages, subscription records, account credentials, or payment information through those features.
Information collected automatically
WordPress hosting and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, device and browser information, requested URLs, timestamps, referring pages, and security or error logs when serving and protecting the site.
Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NW23HPGJL3) to measure page views, navigation, device and browser context, referrers, and aggregate engagement. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers.
How information is used
Technical and analytics data is used to deliver pages, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and understand aggregate content performance. Capable Nomad does not sell personal information or currently use the site for behavioural advertising.
Email and direct contact
No public contact form, monitored editorial mailbox, newsletter signup, or marketing email programme is active. Capable Nomad does not currently collect subscription records through the public site or send a recurring newsletter.
Service providers and transfers
The current public stack uses WordPress hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for measurement. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and safeguards.
Retention
Security and hosting logs are retained according to provider configuration and operational or legal needs. Google Analytics data follows the property's configured retention controls. The public site does not create contact-form or newsletter records because those collection paths are inactive.
Choices and requests
You can block or clear browser storage, use browser privacy controls, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Contact page describes Capable Nomad's current contact limitations; no public privacy-request inbox is advertised at this time.
Children
Capable Nomad is intended for adults planning or performing remote work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
Material changes to the site's actual collection practices will be reflected here before a new form, newsletter, account, checkout, or advertising workflow is activated. The effective date above identifies the current version.
